ABSTRAK
Lembaga pendidikan merupakan tempat anak atau peserta didik pada proses belajar mengajar agar memiliki kepribadian yang unggul, berakhlak baik, dan mempunyai pengetahuan yang luas, sehingga untuk merealisasi tujuan tersebut salah satunya dengan menggunakan sistem full day school sehingga mampu menerapkan budaya-budaya pesantren, karena pada lembaga yang menggunakan sistem FDS tidak hanya terfokus pada pengajaran ilmu umum saja tetapi juga mengajarkan ajaran-ajaran agama dan juga pentingnya menerapkan ilmu agama yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Kurikulum Sekolah Berbasis full day school dalam Penanaman Budaya Pesantren di SMP Unggulan Habibullah Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penerapan manajemen kurikulum sekolah berbasis full day school berfokus pada pengembangan program pendidikan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Pada penanaman budaya pesantren pada sekolah yang berbasis full day school ada beberapa pembiasaan budaya pesantren yang dilakukan yaitu program tahfidz, pendalaman ilmu pengetahuan agama, dan ekstrakulikuler, dan tentunya ada kendala-kendala yang bisa menghambat berlangsungnya pembelajaran, tetapi para petinggi, tenaga pendidik dan para staff telah menciptakan solusi-solusi dan inovasi untuk menjawab beberapa kendala-kendala tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Educational institutions are a place for children or students in the teaching and learning process so that they have superior personalities, good morals and broad knowledge, so that to realize these goals one of them is by using a full day school system so that they are able to apply Islamic boarding school cultures, because in Institutions that use the FDS system do not only focus on teaching general knowledge but also teach religious teachings and also the importance of applying religious knowledge. This research aims to determine the management of the full day school-based school curriculum in cultivating Islamic boarding school culture at Habibullah Banyuwangi Flagship Middle School.. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. From the research results, it can be seen that the implementation of full day school-based school curriculum management focuses on developing educational programs, implementing learning and evaluating. In cultivating Islamic boarding school culture in full day school- based schools, there are several Islamic boarding school culture adjustments that are carried out, namely the tahfidz program, deepening religious knowledge, and extracurricular activities, and of course there are obstacles that can hinder the continuation of learning, but the higher-ups, teaching staff and staff The staff has created solutions and innovations to answer some of these obstacles.
