ABSTRAK
Di era globalisasi yang semakin kompetitif, lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dan berinovasi guna menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan siap bersaing di dunia kerja. Salah satu strategi yang efektif dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional yang berorientasi pada penguatan kemitraan strategis dengan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI) melalui program MoU Kemitraan Link and Match. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam mendorong pengembangan kemitraan di SMK Islam Sunan Kalijaga Ngunut Tulungagung, serta implikasinya terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Fenomenologis dengan mengambil objek SMK Islam Sunan Kalijaga Ngunut Tulungagung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan untuk lebih mengetahui keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi, ketekunan pengamatan dan review informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah mampu mendorong penguatan budaya kolaboratif, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis industri, serta peningkatan kesiapan kerja siswa melalui program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), Kunjungan Industri, dan Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). Meski demikian, pengelolaan kemitraan menghadapi tantangan seperti dinamika kebutuhan industri yang terus berubah dan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi adaptif dan berkelanjutan untuk menjaga relevansi kurikulum dan keterampilan lulusan dengan dunia kerja.

ABSTRACT
In the increasingly competitive era of globalization, educational institutions are required to be able to adapt and innovate in order to produce quality graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work. One effective strategy in achieving this goal is the implementation of transformational leadership oriented towards strengthening strategic partnerships with the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) through the Link and Match Partnership MoU program. This study aims to describe how the principal's transformational leadership encourages the development of partnerships at Sunan Kalijaga Islamic Vocational School Ngunut Tulungagung, as well as its implications for improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative Phenomenological approach by taking Sunan Kalijaga Islamic Vocational School Ngunut Tulungagung as the object. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. And to further determine the validity of the data, triangulation techniques, persistent observation and informant review are used. The results of the study indicate that the transformational leadership style implemented by the principal is able to encourage the strengthening of collaborative culture, improve the quality of industry-based learning, and increase student work readiness through the Field Work Practice (PKL) program, Industrial Visits, and Special Job Fairs (BKK). However, partnership management faces challenges such as the ever-changing dynamics of industry needs and increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, adaptive and sustainable strategies are needed to maintain the relevance of the curriculum and graduate skills to the workforce.
