BALANCED EXISTENCE PRODUK KURIKULUM DAN BISNIS INTERNAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN LIFE SKILL SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN FATHUL ULUM

ABSTRAK
Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum mempunyai kualitas produk kurikulum yang sangat sistematis dan unggul dari kurikulum salafnya, tidak hanya itu Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum juga menerapkan bisnis internal berupa pondok pesantren berbasis kewirausahaan dengan program santripreneur didalamnya yang kesemuanya merupakan upaya para kyai atau pengasuh pesantren untuk meningkatkan life skill para santri di pondok Fathul Ulum Jombang. Terdapat tiga fokus dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana kualitas produk kurikulum dan bisnis internal di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Ngoro Jombang?, dan (2) Bagaimana bentuk life skill santri di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Ngoro Jombang? Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Ngoro Jombang? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Penelitian ini mengungkap Kualitas Produk Kurikulum dan Bisnis Internal dalam Meningkatkan Kecakapan Hidup Santri di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Ngoro Jombang. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif merupakan suatu prosedur yang menghasilkan tulisan atau data lisan dari orang-orang yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) Kualitas produk kurikulum dan bisnis internal yang tersistem dan unggul di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum dengan didukung banyak implementasi program dan upaya, Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum yang memiliki kinerja produk, keistimewaan atau keistimewaan, keunggulan peserta didik, kesesuaian produk, kurikulum salaf yang digunakan mempunyai daya tahan, estetika pesantren, dan reputasi pesantren. Terbukti Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum mampu menjalankan bisnis internal pesantren dengan berbagai inovasi produk didalamnya seperti bisnis internal perikanan, perkebunan, pertanian, peternakan, multimedia, IT, ekonomi kreatif, katering hingga fashion. . Operasional bisnis internal permodalan pesantren bekerjasama dengan DSA Astra International, dan sistem permodalannya dari masyarakat, misalnya alumni. Pemberian layanan purna jual pada program bisnis internal (2) Wujud kecakapan hidup santri di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum dapat dilihat pada kecakapan pengetahuan diri, kecakapan berpikir rasional, kecakapan sosial, dan kecakapan vokasi

ABSTRACT
The Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has a curriculum product quality that is very systematic and superior to its Salaf curriculum, not only that, the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School also implements an internal business in the form of an entrepreneurship-based Islamic boarding school with the santripreneur program in it, all of which are the efforts of kyai or boarding school caregivers to to improve the life skills of students at the Jombang Fathul Ulum hut. There are three focuses in this research, namely: (1) How is the quality of curriculum products and internal business at the Fathul Ulum Ngoro Jombang Islamic boarding school?, and (2) What is the form of the life skills of the students at the Fathul Ulum Ngoro Jombang Islamic Boarding School? The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This study reveals the Quality of Curriculum Products and Internal Business in Improving the Life Skills of Santri at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Ngoro Jombang. Descriptive qualitative research is a procedure that produces written or oral data from people related to research. Data collection was obtained from observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show, (1) The quality of curriculum products and internal business that is systemized and superior at the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school with the support of many program implementations and efforts, Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school which has product performance, features or privileges, excellence in students, product suitability, The salaf curriculum used has durability, pesantren aesthetics, and the reputation of the pesantren. With the proof that the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school is able to run an internal business within the pesantren with various product innovations in it, such as internal business in fisheries, plantations, agriculture, livestock, multimedia, IT, creative economy, catering to fashion. Internal business operations on Islamic boarding school capital have a collaboration with a DSA Astra International, and the capital system is from people, for example alumni. Providing after-sales service in internal business programs (2) The form of life skills of students at the Fathul Ulum Islamic boarding school can be seen in self-knowledge skills, rational thinking skills, social skills, and vocational skills
