ABSTRAK
Kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah menjadi sangat intim untuk dibahas dikarenakan menjadi faktor penggerak dalam berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar mengajar secara efektif dan efisien serta tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi menejerial kepala sekolah, kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Nurul Qur’an dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum, serta untuk mengetahui cara dan manfaat penggunaan inovasi kreatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi lintas kasus, dan dokumentasi kepada subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kompetensi manajerial seorang pemimpin lembaga pendidikan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam menciptakan lembaga yang berkualitas dan memiliki kredibilitas. Melalui inovasi kreatif dan pendekatan kolaboratif, serta pemenuhan kebutuhan bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, kepala sekolah mampu meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan menanamkan prinsip kerja keras agar mampu mencapai tujuan lembaga secara efektif dan efisien.

ABSTRACT
The managerial competence of school principals is very intimate to discuss because it is a driving factor in carrying out teaching and learning activities effectively, efficiently and on target. The purpose of this study is to find out how the managerial competence of school principals, the performance of educators and education staff, as well as the ability of school principals to improve the performance of educators and education staff at Nurul Qur'an Islamic Elementary School and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bahrul Ulum, as well as to find out how and how to use creative innovations in improving the quality of educational institutions. This research method uses interview techniques, cross-case observation, and documentation to research subjects of school principals, educators, and education staff. The results of this study explain that the managerial competence of an educational institution leader greatly affects the performance of educators and education personnel in creating a quality and credible institution. Through creative innovation and collaborative approaches, as well as meeting the needs of educators and education staff, school principals are able to improve the performance of educators and education staff and instill the principle of hard work in order to be able to achieve the goals of the institution effectively and efficiently.
