MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DALAM MEWUJUDKAN LOYALITAS SANTRI DAN WALI SANTRI MELALUI PROGRAM ANAK ASUH DI PESANTREN

ABSTRAK
Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, tidak hanya sebagai penyedia pendidikan agama, tetapi juga dalam membangun ikatan kuat antara peserta didik dan lembaga. Program anak asuh di pesantren bertujuan untuk membantu santri yang tidak mampu secara finansial dan memperkuat loyalitas masyarakat terhadap pesantren. Manajemen keuangan menjadi kunci dalam keberhasilan program ini, mengatur perolehan dan pengelolaan dana secara efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen keuangan dan implementasinya dalam mewujudkan loyalitas santri dan wali santri melalui program anak asuh di pesantren Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan keikutsertaan, peningkatan ketekunan, trianggulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program anak asuh layak dijalankan sebagai sistem keuangan pondok untuk meringankan beban ekonomi santri dan walisantri, serta memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap pesantren.

ABSTRACT
Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution, not only provides religious education, but also builds strong ties between students and the institution. The foster child program at Islamic boarding schools aims to help students who are financially disadvantaged and strengthen community loyalty to Islamic boarding schools. Financial management is the key to the success of this program, managing the acquisition and management of funds effectively and efficiently. Therefore, this research aims to describe financial management and its implementation in realizing the loyalty of santri and santri guardians through the foster child program in Islamic boarding schools. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis using reduction, presentation , and verify. Testing the validity of the data was carried out by extending participation, increasing persistence, triangulation and using reference materials. The research results show that the foster children program is feasible to run as a boarding school financial system to ease the economic burden on santri and guardians of santri, as well as strengthen their loyalty to the Islamic boarding school.
