Focus and Scope

Abnauna: Journal of Child Education Science is a journal dedicated to the exchange of high quality research results in all aspects of child education science. The journal publishes articles and papers in fundamental theory, experiments and simulations, as well as applications, with systematically proposed methods, adequate reviews of previous works, extended discussions and concise conclusions. As our commitment to the advancement of science and technology, the Abnauna Journal follows an open access policy and will be published periodically, namely every January - July.

Abnauna: Journal of Children's Education focuses on the following research areas;

  • Education and child development science
  • Development of children's moral and religious values
  • Learning design at the elementary level
  • Learning strategies and innovation at the elementary level
  • Use of learning media at the elementary level
  • Use of learning technology at the elementary level
  • Evaluation of learning at the elementary level
  • Development of learning curriculum at elementary level

Peer Review Process

Every article published in the Abnauna: Journal of Children's Education is processed by double-blind peer-review.

Articles submitted are reviewed by the editorial team as the initial process. Editorial team will evaluate the feasibility of the content, focus, and methodology in the article. The articles are then sent to one reviewer at the position Double Blind Review. Notes from reviewer then sent back to the author to be adapted to the standards of journal writing. Decision of the revised manuscript will be re-evaluated in the meeting of the editorial board. Later, the decision of editor in the final meeting will be informed to the author.

Editor of Abnauna: Journal of Children's Education responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted must be published. Validation of these works and their importance for researchers and readers should always push the decision. The editor can be guided by a policy board of editors of the journal and is limited by law as to be enforced regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism (plagiarism). Editors can confer with other editors or the assessment team in making this decision.

Publication Frequency

Published twice in a year (biannually) in January and July

All of the articles in the journal are publicly accessed for everyone via online and it is free to download.

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Abnauna have CC-BY-SA or an equivalent license as the optimal license for the publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly work.

Author Free Charge

There is no charge for authors, either for submitting or editing or publishing the article.

Plagiarism Policy

To check the possibility of plagiarism, using the application Turnitin.

The article must below 30% of plagiarism.

Plagiarism include:

  • Word for word Plagiarism. The author uses the words of other authors (exactly) without mentioning the source.
  • Plagiarism over the source. The author uses the idea of others without giving enough recognition (without mentioning the source expressly).
  • Plagiarism of Authorship. The author acknowledged as the author of the paperwork of others.
  • Self Plagiarism. Included in this type are authors publish one article in more than one editor of the publication. And recycle paper/papers. That is important in self-plagiarism is that when taking his own works, then the creation of new works produced must have a meaningful change. This means that the old Works is a small part of the new works were produced. So readers will get new stuff, which is really the author of pour on the paper using the old paper.

1. License

2. Author(s)' Warranties

The author warrants that the article is original, written by stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).

3. User/Public Rights

Abnauna spirit is to disseminate articles published are as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, Abnauna permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. Users will also need to attribute authors and Abnauna on distributing works in the journal and other media of publications. Unless otherwise stated, the authors are public entities as soon as their articles got published.

4. Rights of Authors

Authors retain all their rights to the published works, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;

  • Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
  • The right to use the substance of the article in own future works, including lectures and books,
  • The right to reproduce the article for own purposes,
  • The right to self-archive the article,
  • The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal (Abnauna).

5. Co-Authorship

If the article was jointly prepared by more than one author, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. Abnauna will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. Abnauna will only communicate with the corresponding author.

6. Miscellaneous

Abnauna will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. Abnauna editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers as mentioned in point 3.
