Reinterpretasi Term Larangan Aklu Al-Amwāl bi Al- Bāṭil dan Relevansinya dengan Perampasan Lahan

Land grabbing is a common occurrence in many parts of the world, including Indonesia. The reasons vary, from public interests to the interests of certain groups or individuals. This paper aims to examine the Qur'anic view of land grabbing and look for the maqāṣidi contained in the Qur'an. The selection of verses will focus on the term prohibition of aklu al-amwāl bi al- bāṭil. Among the dozens of verses containing these words, the author only focuses on three verses, namely: This research is qualitative in nature using the library research method and using the maqāṣidi interpretation analytical knife initiated by Abdul Mustaqim. The results obtained from this study are (1) the Qur'an strictly prohibits eating other people's property by false means, including land grabbing. (2) Qs. al-Baqarah verse 188, al-Nisa verse 29 and al-Taubah verse 34 have maqāṣidi , especially ḥifẓ al-nafs, ḥifẓ al-mal, and ḥifẓ al-daulah. (3) The revocation of private property rights is allowed in Islam as long as it is through procedures that do not violate the Shari'ah.
