MANAJEMEN EKSTRAKURIKULER DALAM PENGEMBANGAN BAKAT DAN MINAT PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH ALIYAH HASYIM ASY’ARI JOGOROTO JOMBANG

Abstract

One of the important roles in national education is human resources. One way to realize the goals of national education and to improve human resources is to conduct self development and provide local content in the educational curriculum in the from of extracurricular activities and counselling services. Extracurricular activities are a place to shape and develop the abilities of students who can advance the quality of madrasa by using extracurricular management so that they run systematically and well. Therefore, the author chooses an Islamic educational institutions that have several extracurricular activities that have a goal in self development in terms of the talents and interests of students.
