Peran Pengasuh dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pengurus di Pondok Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang

ABSTRAK
Lembaga pesantren adalah salah satu Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang memiliki tujuan untuk menanamkan keimanan dan ketakwaan kepada Allah Swt. serta menyampaikan ajaran akhlak mulia. Namun, masih banyak yang belum sepenuhnya mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan proses pengelolaan dalam pondok psantren, untuk itu peneliti mengangkat tema optimalisasi kinerja pengurus sebagai strategi pencapaian tujuan dan kualitas pengelolaan lembaga sangatlah diharapkan dalam membantu peran pengasuh, agar dapat membangun intelektual santri dengan berakhlak baik. Penelitian ini mnggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Fenomenologis dengan mengambil objek Pondok Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan untuk lebih mengetahui keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi, ketekunan pengamatan dan review informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pengurus di Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri mengenai Standar Kinerja, Kompetensi, Sarana, Motif, Umpan Balik. (1) Standar kinerja, standar kinerja pengurus Pondok Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri. (2) Kompetensi, kompetensi pengurus Pondok Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri (3) Sarana, Sarana dalam kinerja pengurus Pondok Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri (4) Motif, motif kinerja pengurus di pondok pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri (5) Umpan Balik, umpan balik kinerja pengurus di pondok pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri. Dengan pengaruh peran pengasuh yang stabil dan pengawalan yang sangat cukup, Kinerja Pengurus di Pondok Pesantren An-Najiyah 1 Putri mengalami peningkatan yang sangat bagus.

ABSTRACT
Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic educational institutions that aims to instill faith and piety to Allah SWT. and convey the teachings of noble morals. However, many still do not fully understand the learning process and management process in Islamic boarding schools, for this reason the researcher raised the theme of optimizing the performance of administrators as a strategy to achieve goals and the quality of institutional management is highly expected in helping the role of caregivers, so that they can build the intellectual santri with good morals. This study uses a qualitative Phenomenological approach by taking the object of the An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. And to further determine the validity of the data, triangulation techniques, observation diligence and informant review are used. The results of the study show that the Performance of Administrators at the An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School regarding Performance Standards, Competencies, Facilities, Motives, Feedback. (1) Performance standards, performance standards of the An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School administrators. (2) Competence, competence of the administrators of An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School (3) Facilities, Facilities in the performance of the administrators of An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School (4) Motives, motives for the performance of administrators at An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School (5) Feedback, feedback on the performance of administrators at An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School. With the influence of a stable role of caregivers and very sufficient supervision, the performance of administrators at An-Najiyah 1 Putri Islamic Boarding School has experienced a very good increase.
