ABSTRAK
Manajemen kurikulum pesantren seperti di Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang dilakukan secara sistematis dan Islami. Guru di pesantren memainkan peran kunci dalam implementasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi manajemen kurikulum pesantren dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru di Mu’allimin Hasyim As’ari Tebuireng Jombang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan mengambil data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen kurikulum pesantren bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan memastikan kurikulum sesuai untuk siswa. Perencanaan melibatkan ahli bidang studi dan mempertimbangkan kesulitan materi, minat siswa, dan urutan pelajaran. Implementasi mencakup persiapan melalui muthola‘ah, musyawarah, dan model peer learning. Evaluasi berkelanjutan, seperti di Madrasah Muallimin Hasyim Asy‘ari dan Madrasah Muallimin Tebuireng, meliputi musyawarah guru, pembinaan mutu, pengawasan, sarana, komitmen, dan tujuan, guna terus meningkatkan produktivitas guru dan pembelajaran santri.
Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kurikulum Pesantren dan Produktivitas Kerja Guru.
ABSTRACT
The management of the Islamic boarding school curriculum, such as in the Tebuireng Jombang Islamic Boarding School, is carried out systematically and Islamically. Teachers in Islamic boarding schools play a key role in implementing the curriculum. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of the management of the Islamic boarding school curriculum in improving teacher work productivity at Mu'allimin Hasyim As'ari Tebuireng Jombang. In this study, the researcher used a research method with a descriptive qualitative approach and collected data through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Islamic boarding school curriculum aims to improve teacher productivity and learning effectiveness by ensuring that the curriculum is appropriate for students. Planning involves subject matter experts and considers the difficulty of the material, student interests, and the sequence of lessons. Implementation includes preparation through muthola'ah, deliberation, and peer learning models. Continuous evaluation, such as in Madrasah Muallimin Hasyim Asy'ari and Madrasah Muallimin Tebuireng, includes teacher deliberation, quality coaching, supervision, facilities, commitment, and objectives, in order to continue to improve teacher productivity and student learning.
