ABSTRAK
MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin adalah salah satu sekolah di bawah naungan LP Ma’arif NU Kab. Gresik. Dalam masa pandemi sangat merasakan dampaknya, mutu guru dan sarana prasarana mendapat perhatian yang penting di masa pandemi. Kesiapan guru dalam masa pandemi ini dirasa banyak yang perlu ditingkatkan karena metamorforse pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang awalnya dilakukan secara konvensional / tatap muka beralih ke pembelajaran secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui MSD Tenaga Pendidikan dalam Menciptakan Kualitas Pembelajaran pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di sekolah, Kualitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di sekolah, Faktor penghambat dan pendukung manajemen sumber daya tenaga pendidikan dalam menciptakan kualitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan manajemen sumber daya tenaga pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di MI Ma’arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Gresik. Yakni telah melakukan sebuah misi dasar manajemen sumber daya dengan menggunakan POAC telah menghasilkan sebuah kualitas pembelajaran yang baik dan efeisien di masa pandemi Covid-19, sehingga menghasilkan sebuah kualitas mutu pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga siswa-siswi mendapatkan prestasi dan proses belajar mengajar diwaktu padami Covid-19 berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Proses kualitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di MI Ma’arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Gresik dapat menghasilkan kualitas pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan harapkan di karenakan pengelolaan, pelaksanaan, proses belajar mengajar yang komunikatif, respon peserta didik aktivitas belajar, sehingga hasil belajar yang telah direncanakan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

ABSTRACT
MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin is one of the schools under the auspices of LP Ma'arif NU Kab. Gresik. During a pandemic, the impact was really felt, the quality of teachers and infrastructure received important attention during a pandemic. It is felt that there is much that needs to be improved in the readiness of teachers during this pandemic due to the metamorphosis of the implementation of learning that was initially carried out conventionally / face-to-face to switch to digital learning. This study aims to determine the MSD Education Personnel in Creating Quality of Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period in schools, the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in schools, the inhibiting and supporting factors for the management of educational staff resources in creating quality learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19 at school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. As for data collection using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show the application of educational staff resource management during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Gresik. That is, having carried out a basic mission of resource management using POAC has produced a good and efficient quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in a quality quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic so that students get achievements and teaching and learning process when the Covid-19 shutdown went as expected. The process of learning quality during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Gresik can produce the quality of learning that is as expected because of the management, implementation, communicative teaching and learning process, student responses to learning activities, so that the learning outcomes that have been planned running as expected.
