Abstract: To help improve the level of the economy of a country, an innovation or breakthrough is certainly needed, one of which is to organize productive zakat management. The productive zakat management system at LAZISNU Jombang is carried out by selecting mustahiq candidates through the recommendations of the MWCNU and their respective regional branches, then the mustahiq candidates deposit a recommendation letter obtained from MWCNU to LAZISNU Jombang, if they meet the criteria for productive zakat recipients then the candidate mustahiq was given the mandate to get capital from BMT-NU, because LAZISNU Jombang in running this service program collaborated with BMT-NU. Mustahiq candidates get the capital to open a business where later the capital provided by BMT-NU is then returned without any additional or administrative costs and profit sharing is financed. Of course, this service program has been well structured through a monitoring system and also optimizing the utilization of zakat. The results of the distribution of productive zakat produce MSMEs that can help the community's economy. These include creating jobs, reducing unemployment, helping businesses in terms of limited capital. With the existence of these MSMEs, several economic problems will be resolved so that the creation of a society with an increasing level of economy.

Wakaf tunai sudah menjadi kenyataan di masyarakat. Namun, tidak menutup kemungkinan masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang wakaf tunai dan pentingnya wakaf. Adanya pengelolaan wakaf tunai di BMT, setidaknya mampu membuat masyarakat tahu bahwa kecilnya jumlah yang mereka berikan dapat memberikan dampak yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Wakaf tunai adalah wakaf produktif yang dalam pengelolaannya nilai uang harus tetap utuh. Dengan proses pengelolaan berupa pinjaman atau saham sehingga mampu memperoleh hasil yang kemudian hasilnya dapat disalurkan sebagai wakaf. Dan dalam penyaluran atau administrasi wakaf, BMT bekerja sama dengan Baitul Mall, Upzis, dan Laziznu melalui program bulanan zakat, infaq, shadaqah di setiap acara NU fatayat Muslim.

Penelitian ini mencoba mengidentifikasi manajemen, masalah, dan dampak wakaf tunai. Namun, sejauh ini masih banyak masyarakat yang belum paham tentang wakaf tunai. Di tengah minimnya pemahaman masyarakat ini, BMT semakin semangat mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan wakaf secara ikhlas terlebih dahulu, kemudian diberikan penjelasan mengenai wakaf tunai yang dapat memberikan manfaat positif bagi sesama.
