One of the most important components when starting a business and developing a business is capital. The most important capital in starting a business is financial. So many business actors take their business capital from financial institutions, credit for conventional banks and financing for Islamic banks. The capital loan system for both has many similarities starting from the system, installments and loan freezing. Creditor data recorded as of 2020 distributed by conventional banks in Indonesia reached IDR 5,481.56 trillion, and credit provided by Islamic banks in Indonesia reached IDR 377 trillion, which is 6.44% of the total credit provided by general and Islamic banks. The problem or unique thing discussed in this thesis is the increase in business actors after taking capital from conventional banks and Islamic banks. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative case study using individual objects or individual businesses. The data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that business actors take business capital from financing from Islamic financial institutions and credit from conventional financial institutions. From these capital loans, business actors show their existence that capital loans from financing and credit are effective in helping business actors to start and even develop their businesses. With the calculation of the solvency ratio, business actors show an increase in the last 4 years starting from 2020-2023.
