Abstract

The context of the research raised is How is the Development Strategy of the Ibbien Store Business Unit of Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Islamic Boarding School Tambak Beras Jombang and How is the Impact of Implementing the Development Strategy of the Ibbien Store Business Unit of Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Islamic Boarding School Tambak Beras Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design to examine the Development Strategy of the Ibbien Store Business Unit of Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Islamic Boarding School in Tambak Beras Jombang. Researchers act as the main instrument, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation.  

The results showed that the Ibbien Store development strategy at Pondok Pesantren Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Tambak Beras Jombang through TOWS analysis showed a significant positive impact. First, the SO strategy helps Ibbien Store capitalize on strengths such as caregiver information and free shipping policies to attract customers and expand the market. Credit offers and affordable prices also increase consumer purchasing power. Second, the ST strategy uses internal strengths to deal with external threats, such as price flexibility and sales skills that respond to negative feedback and maintain the company's reputation. Third, the WO strategy utilizes opportunities to overcome weaknesses, such as increasing product innovation through market feedback and collaboration with local communities for labor and distribution solutions. Fourth, WT strategies focus on reducing weaknesses and avoiding threats, such as member training to improve skills, market research to understand consumer trends, and development of efficient delivery services.
